Summary

A family of three developed allergic skin reactions, systemic contact dermatitis (SCD), from repeated exposure to low concentrations of benzalkonium chloride in laundry detergent. Promptly removing the detergent source resolved their symptoms, highlighting the need for thorough family medical history reviews.
