Pulmonary Vein Thrombus After Mitral Valve Transcatheter Edge-to-Edge Repair

A left superior pulmonary vein thrombus was observed after mitral valve transcatheter edge-to-edge repair (TEER). This thrombus resolved after Watchman device placement, suggesting TEER-induced damage may cause pulmonary vein thrombosis.
