Pitavastatin Is Well-Tolerated With no Detrimental Effects on Physical Function

Pitavastatin did not affect physical function in people with HIV (PWH) over five years. This study found statin therapy safe for cardiovascular event prevention in PWH, with low muscle symptom rates.
