Absent or Hidden? Hyperactivity in Females With ADHD

Adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) show significantly higher hyperactivity, both basal and provoked, compared to controls. Females with ADHD experience hyperactivity equally to males, challenging sex-based diagnostic biases.
