Difficult 6F Guiding Sheath Removal Using the Transradial Artery Approach: A Case Report

Neuroendovascular treatment via the radial artery is common, but this case highlights a rare difficulty in removing a 6F guiding sheath. The sheath removal was challenging, requiring artery transection and cyanoacrylate injection.
