Aquatic versus land-based exercise for knee osteoarthritis: a randomized controlled trial

Aquatic exercises significantly improved knee osteoarthritis (OA) symptoms, including pain and function, compared to land-based exercises. Patients in the aquatic group showed greater improvements in quality of life and reduced pain.
