Surgical fixation methods for tibial plateau fractures

Current evidence is insufficient to determine the optimal surgical fixation or bone defect filler for tibial plateau fractures. More high-quality randomized controlled trials (RCTs) are needed to guide treatment decisions for these complex knee injuries.
