Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever (RMSF) is a severe tick-borne illness caused by Rickettsia rickettsii, a Gram-negative, coccobacillary bacterium. Summary

Dengue encephalitis, a severe neuroinvasive manifestation of dengue virus, is often underdiagnosed due to varied symptoms and normal neuroimaging. This study highlights three cases in Argentina with positive PCR confirming dengue encephalitis despite non-specific findings.
