Reformatted Crosswalk-Tables Between Annual ICD-10-Versions for Cross Version Data Analysis

Annual revisions of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, 10th Revision, German Modification (ICD-10-GM) can cause data analysis issues. We present Neo4J and FHIR ConceptMaps to automate handling these ICD-10-GM version changes.
