Late development of OCD-like phenotypes in Dlgap1 knockout mice

Dlgap1 knockout mice develop obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)-like behaviors, including excessive grooming and anxiety, at older ages. Fluvoxamine treatment significantly alleviated these OCD-like phenotypes in Dlgap1 KO mice.
