  • Treatment with colchicine, ibuprofen, methimazole, and metoprolol led to symptom resolution.

  • Thyro-pericarditis is a rare condition requiring integrated cardiac and endocrine management.
  • Further research is needed to determine if this condition increases the risk of adverse cardiac outcomes.
