  • Cross-sectional study (2015-2018) with 141 BC patients and 239 controls.
  • Measured serum vitamin D and lipid profiles.
  • Collected clinical and nutritional data via interviews and records.

  • BC patients had significantly lower vitamin D levels (25.5 ng/mL) vs. controls (31.0 ng/mL).
  • A vitamin D cut-off of 27.45 ng/mL distinguished BC presence.
