Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy can cause cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and immune cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS). This case study highlights anakinra as a crucial addition to managing these severe adverse events in B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients.
