Abstract:
A 29-year-old Korean woman with chronic aplastic anemia presented with seizures due to cyclosporine-induced posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome, caused by unpredictable oral cyclosporine (CS) accumulation and prolonged elimination. This case demonstrates the need to monitor CS drug levels with careful dose adjustments.
