Effect of Strength and Endurance Training Sequence on Endurance Performance

The order of endurance and resistance training in concurrent exercise does not significantly impact endurance performance. Both Endurance-Resistance (ER) and Resistance-Endurance (RE) sequences show similar results for improving endurance.
