Geographic atrophy (GA) area measurements differ significantly between fundus autofluorescence (FAF) and optical coherence tomography (OCT) imaging in dry age-related macular degeneration (AMD). OCT measurements were consistently smaller than FAF measurements, highlighting imaging modality differences.
