Associations between Cardiovascular Risk Factors and Timed Up and Go Test for Elderly Participants in Public Physical

Active elderly individuals with higher body mass index (BMI) and waist circumference (WC) showed no negative impact on their mobility, as measured by the Timed Up and Go (TTUG) test. Regular physical activity may mitigate risks associated with abdominal obesity in older adults.
