A qualitative study on apparent and latent contributing factors to driving errors in Iran

Road traffic crashes in low- and middle-income countries stem from systemic issues, not just driver behavior. This study reveals fatigue, distraction, and inadequate skills, alongside infrastructure and policy failures, contribute to driving errors.
