Summary

A healthy diet rich in protein and vegetables positively impacts metabolic health. This study found that adequate vegetable intake improved plasma glucose and reduced LDL cholesterol levels in healthy Japanese adults.

Conclusions:

  • This dietary approach demonstrated improvements in plasma glucose and serum LDL cholesterol concentrations among healthy Japanese participants.
