Assessing the Histological Malignancy Grade of Olfactory Neuroblastoma Using the Apparent Diffusion Coefficient

Apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) histogram analysis could not differentiate between high-grade and low-grade olfactory neuroblastoma (ONB) using the Hyams classification. Preoperative grading of ONB malignancy via ADC histogram parameters remains challenging.

- Preoperative grading of ONB malignancy using ADC histogram parameters presents significant challenges.
- Further research may be needed to identify reliable imaging biomarkers for ONB grading.
