Dietary fat intake is linked to a lower risk of thyroid autoimmunity, including antithyroglobulin antibodies (TgAb) and antithyroid peroxidase antibodies (TPOAb). This suggests that consuming fats and fatty acids may benefit individuals with thyroid autoimmunity.
