Caring for the Caregivers: Improving Mental Health among Health Professionals Using the Behavioral Health

The Behavioral Health Providers Workforce Resiliency (BHPWR) ECHO Program significantly reduced burnout and enhanced resilience in behavioral health professionals. Participants gained knowledge and confidence in managing workload and utilizing wellness tools.
