Traumatic CSF rhinorrhea associated with COVID-19 testing: a case series and systematic review

Traumatic cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks can occur after nasopharyngeal swabbing for SARS-CoV-2. Endoscopic surgical repair is effective for managing these leaks, especially when meningitis is present.

- Timely endoscopic endonasal surgical repair is the recommended management for these CSF leaks.
