Inner ear malformations (IEMs) impact cochlear implant (CI) outcomes. While the presence rate of electrically evoked compound action potentials (eCAPs) varied, IEM and normal groups showed similar eCAP amplitudes, suggesting comparable neural responses despite structural differences.
