Tracking perishable foods in the supply chain using chain of things technology

This study introduces a Chain of Things (CoT)-based Track and Trace System (CoT-TTS) for perishable food supply chains. It enhances product traceability using IoT, Blockchain Technology (BCT), and ANFIS, overcoming current BCT limitations.
