A post-menopausal woman developed Philadelphia chromosome-positive B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) during breast cancer treatment. Combined therapies for both malignancies were effective and well-tolerated, emphasizing integrated care.

- The combined treatment regimen was well-tolerated, with only a single interruption of CDK 4/6 inhibitor and AI due to adverse effect intolerance.
- The patient achieved remission and remained on a CDK 4/6 inhibitor and ponatinib with manageable low-grade fatigue.
- The concurrent treatment approach demonstrated efficacy in managing both breast and hematologic malignancies.
