This article has been retracted at the request of the Executive Editors. Post-publication, an investigation by the journal's Ethics Editor found that the peer-review process for this article was compromised. Systematic, coordinated, and widespread manipulation of the peer-review process has been identified and this publication is one of a group of articles affected by the same process of manipulation. As a result, the editors have determined that the integrity of the peer-review process could not be assured and they no longer have confidence in the results and conclusions of the paper. The article is therefore retracted. The authors contest the basis for the retraction and maintain that the article's scientific content remains reliable. The journal apologizes to readers for not detecting these issues prior to publication.
