Faricimab-svoa is a novel bispecific antibody used for neovascular age-related macular degeneration.

A 77-year-old woman experienced decreased visual acuity post-faricimab-svoa injection.
Examination revealed vitritis, retinal hemorrhages, and vascular leakage on fluorescein angiography.

The patient presented with nonocclusive retinal vasculitis.
