Analysis of sediment re-formation factors after ginseng beverage clarification based on XGBoost machine learning

Sediment formation in ginseng beverages persists after clarification. The Hollow Fiber Column method showed the best results, with protein and total saponins identified as key factors influencing sediment re-formation.
