Hypertension-induced left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) is linked to altered gut microbiota and metabolites. Specific gut bacteria and metabolic changes, particularly in bile acid and lipid pathways, are associated with LVH, suggesting new diagnostic and therapeutic targets.
