- A 14-year-old girl presented with right flank pain.
- Ultrasound imaging facilitated the diagnosis of Herlyn-Werner-Wunderlich Syndrome.
- The patient underwent surgical intervention, including hydrocolpos drainage and vaginal septum marsupialization.

- Successful surgical management of Herlyn-Werner-Wunderlich Syndrome was achieved.
