Correlations between clinical parameters and PSQ in children with suspected OSA

Lower body mass and BMI are significant risk factors for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in children undergoing adenotonsillectomy. Tonsil size and Mallampati score did not show significant differences in relation to OSA risk.
