Four-factor prothrombin complex concentrate (4F-PCC) effectively managed Factor Xa inhibitor (FXaI)-associated bleeding in two-thirds of patients. Thromboembolic events were infrequent, indicating 4F-PCC is a promising FXaI bleed management strategy.
