Exceptional improvement in chronic stroke through Guided Self-rehabilitation Contract: a case report study

• The GSC approach enhanced muscle extensibility (muscle plasticity) and reduced co-contraction (neural plasticity).

• Guided self-rehabilitation contracts offer a promising avenue for severe post-stroke motor recovery.
• This approach highlights the potential of patient-led, structured exercise for neuroplasticity.
