    Summary

    Dopamine agonist drugs selectively reduced visual reflex myoclonus in patients with olivo-ponto-cerebellar atrophy. Levodopa-carbidopa and apomorphine targeted visual stimuli, while lisuride reduced both visual and somaesthetic reflex myoclonus.
