Endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) significantly improves quality of life for chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) patients. Symptoms measured by the Sino-Nasal Outcome Test-22 (SNOT-22) showed marked improvement one week post-surgery and sustained over 12 weeks.
