Differentiated Thyroid Cancers with Synchronous Second Primary Cancers: Case Series.

Synchronous second primary cancers (SSPC) with differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) are rare. Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma was the most common SSPC found in patients with DTC.
