Summary

Fosaprepitant (FOS), a neurokinin 1 receptor antagonist, effectively reduced inflammation and improved bladder function in a cyclophosphamide-induced cystitis model. This study highlights FOS as a potential therapeutic for interstitial cystitis by targeting inflammatory pathways.
