Summary

A novel treatment combining botulinum toxin (BTX) and platelet-rich plasma therapy (PRPt) successfully healed a pre-pubic aponeurotic complex (PPAC) lesion in a decathlete. This therapy restored the athlete to full function without pain after three years.
