Simple immunofluorescent method for identification of blood group in human tissues

Abstract:
An immunofluorescent detection of IgM for visualization of isohemagglutinin absorption in human tissue sections was used for the identification of the blood group of the AB0 system. The method is simple and available for the most part of histological laboratories.
