This case report details a rare instance of Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS), specifically the acute motor axonal neuropathy (AMAN) variant, presenting with unilateral claw hand and myositis. Early diagnosis and treatment are crucial for recovery from these atypical GBS symptoms.
