Is severe carbohydrate restriction necessary for appetite suppression? The ASKED randomized controlled trial

This study compared low-carbohydrate (CHO) versus higher-carbohydrate low-energy diets (LEDs) in adults with obesity. While weight loss and ketosis varied, hunger levels remained similar across all diets.
