Oxygen-enhanced MRI was successfully applied to 24 patients with human papillomavirus-associated oropharyngeal cancer. This prospective trial rigorously evaluated reproducibility and changes with respect to tumor radiation. Analyses compared hypoxic volumes and hypoxic fractions.
