Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) encompasses a range of clinical conditions, particularly thrombotic or obstetrical manifestations, associated with the presence of antiphospholipid antibodies. Managing thrombotic APS in daily clinical practice can be challenging and requires thorough risk stratification and tailored treatment strategies.
