The part that requires the most fine workmanship in rhinoplasty is tipplasty. In tipplasty, we demonstrated the benefits of the Neo-interdomal ligament suture, which is a soft tissue suture and is one of the important parts of the 'Polygon Tipplasty Concept', which is one of the most adopted concepts by surgeons. We believe that it contributes significantly to the protection of the projection as well as aligning the two dome points. This bicenter retrospective study, which included patients in whom this suturing technique was used, was performed on a total of 253 patients between January 2021 and March 2024. As a result, we consider that this suture technique is an easy-to-apply and useful technique in providing nasal tip support.
