  • To delineate the practice patterns of clinical nurse specialists in Québec, Canada.
  • To develop a dashboard prototype for monitoring CNS role dimensions and associated outcomes.

  • Time and motion studies (n=25, 203 hours) were employed to quantify CNS activities.
