Microsecond pulsing laser therapy (MLT) effectively treats central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCR) with choroidal neovascularization (CNV), resolving subretinal fluid in 61% of patients. This safe treatment option shows significant efficacy for CSCR complicated by small CNV.
