A minimalistic sellar repair technique using an epidural interlay graft effectively prevents cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks after endoscopic pituitary surgery. This approach significantly reduced the need for complex repairs and lumbar drains, achieving zero postoperative CSF leaks in over 300 cases.
