Critical role for platelet Ral GTPases in regulating venous thrombosis in mice

Platelet Ral GTPases are crucial for deep vein thrombosis (DVT) development. Genetic deletion of Ral GTPases in mouse platelets significantly reduces venous thrombus formation and stability by impacting neutrophil extracellular trap (NET) production.
