Summary
Left ventricular aneurysm (LVA) size differs by location, with basal aneurysms being smaller than apical ones. However, left ventricular aneurysm volume in diastole (LVAVd) most significantly impacts ejection fraction (EF), more so than overall left ventricular end-diastolic volume (LVEDV).
